Delaware County: Snowmobiler's paradise

With the snow piling up nicely out there, the hills of Delaware County are alive lately with the vroom of snowmobile engines. A poster on TrailConditions.com reports that he and his brother had a good outing yesterday, despite a small mishap with a tree.

The Delaware Valley Ridge Riders Snowmobile Club says that the county is home to 354 miles of New York State Corridor trail. Among the many local clubs taking advantage of all that bounty are the Central Catskill Trail Association, whose members are looking forward to this Saturday's second annual Breast Cancer Sucks Snowmobile Run from the Old Schoolhouse Inn in Downsville.
