An 18-year-old Cherry Valley man has been charged with manslaughter following the shooting death of an Otsego County teen in Owego Monday night.
Authorities say 15-year-old Naomi Miklic of Cherry Valley was shot in a car on East Campville Road in Owego. She was taken to Wilson Regional Medical Center where she later died.
Justin Dibble, 18, of Cherry Valley, was charged with manslaughter, while the 28-year-year-old driver of the car [Isaiah L. Bowen of Cherry Valley] faces a felony weapons charge.
