Local video maven Jessica Vecchione just filmed the Trout in the Classroom program in action at the Arkville Community Living Skills Center, which offers programs for people with disabilities under the umbrella of the ARC of Delaware County. The trout program brings fish eggs into schools, along with songs and curricula about the watershed, and was funded by Catskill Watershed Corporation.
