Saturday Spritz!

Well, actually it's called an Aperol Spritz! That's what we're suggeting today here at Roxbury Wine and Spirits. The recipe is:

3 parts Prosecco (we suggest Cava...)

2 parts Aperol

1 splash of soda

Serve over ice cubes with an orange slice garnish.

Pairs particularly well with white bean bruschetta or other savory bites. http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/white-bean-bruschetta 

Or simply on it's own!
