Shrimp with Sweet Chili Glaze and Creamy Coconut, Pasta "Tapenade", "Dirty Carrots"

Tonight we're featuring a few shrimp dishes. As an appetizer, we have Shrimp Two Ways: 6 pieces of shrimp, half with sweet chili glaze and half with creamy coconut. Next we have Shrimp & Grits, with the famous Fire Hot Grits.

The Pasta "Tapenade" is in quotations because it isn't a traditional tapenade -- we turned the classic Italian spread into a tomato sauce that we serve on top of our house made pasta. .

What about Dirty Carrots? Well, it's essentially carrot cake, but doesn't look like it! It's home-made and absolutely delicious.
