Field & Forest Greens Salad, Hangar Steak, Homemade Carrot Cake

As promised, our dishes are featuring really nice field and forest greens -- we even made a salad of it! The Field and Forest Greens Salad  has spinach, radicchio, wilted ramps & dandelion greens, red radish, herb emulsion, balsamic reduction, and parmigianino reggiano.
