Economic Viability Strategic Plan

In keeping with our 2011-2014 Strategic Plan, the Council recently posted its Economic Viability Strategic Plan for moving regional economic viability to the forefront of our agenda. Working again with New York Council of Nonprofits, we gathered input from stakeholders and partners, Pure Catskills and Catskill WoodNet members, staff and board members to determine our role in promoting regional economic vitality of agriculture and forestry businesses. The region's future lies within our working landscapes and land conservation can be profitable. If you have questions about the Council's direction, proposed next steps and work plan, contact Executive Director Craig Cashman.
