We never know what will inspire a new dish, whether it is a place, a smell, a color, a person, a painting, a taste, or even a dream.
Ivan who adores malted milk shakes, asked if we would make one for him. The request brought us back to a favored childhood treat, which in turn was the inspiration for a new dessert- malted milk panna cotta with a brownie. Ivan, by the way, has a very nice shop of art and antiques, along with his partner Gustavo. Come visit, the menu is full of deliciousness.
