Boil up a hot toddy and call the dog in, the frigid temperatures have finally arrived. So frigid, in fact, that the National Weather Service out of Binghamton has issued a wind chill advisory for Delaware, Sullivan, Western Ulster, Western Greene counties and parts of the Berkshires beginning running from 7 pm tonight through 7 am tomorrow morning. Wind chills are expected to range from 15 to 24 degrees below zero. Stay warm and keep those heads covered!
