As we mentioned in February, the aged Kutshers resort in Monticello is getting a hip Tribeca outpost. Last Wednesday, Eater NY reported that the Tribeca community board voted to approve the putting the "Jewish-inspired bistro" in a big space formerly occupied by something called the Mai House.
The Tribeca Citizen has the gastronomic details -- specifically, photographs of the enormous menu that the owners of Kutshers and their partner, New York restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow, have come up with. (Some items on offer: varnishkes, "Spanky's fried chicken," meatloaf, and a corned beef bahn mi.)
