The Times Herald-Record and the Daily Freeman report that Allison R. Lee-Hinchey, U.S. Representative Maurice Hinchey's third wife, was pulled over in Hurley on Tuesday night for allegedly driving drunk.
From the Freeman:
Allison R. Lee-Hinchey, 49, of Hurley, was charged after being pulled over at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday on Morgan Hill Road in Hurley, according to [State Police] troopers from the town of Ulster barracks.
Lee-Hinchey’s blood-alcohol content was 0.12 percent, troopers said. The state’s legal threshold for intoxication is 0.08.
