DCHA to Offer Workshop
Saturday, March 26 ~ 12:30pm to 4:30pm
Experience the satisfaction of weaving you own basket! Spend a fun creative afternoon making a bike basket. The basket will have a solid bottom and colorful cotton strapping to attach to your bike. Participants will be designing with natural and dyed rattan. Approximate size is 10" wide and 8" high. All materials and tools are included. No experience necessary. This class is taught by master basket weaver, Martha Bremer. She has been teaching and weaving baskets regionally for the past 30 years.
