French Toast using local Challah, with Caramelized Bananas and Chopped Pecans, drizzled with local Maple Syrup
Catskill Morning: Two local eggs, local bacon and local sausages, served with locally-baked bread and home fries.
Fish Cakes with Garlic & Caper Mayonnaise
Eureka Burger: Half pound ground beef with Avocado Relish, served with Housecut Fries
Local Cherrywood Smoked Mushroom Ravioli with a Chive Butter Sauce
Blush Sparkler: Prosecco with Pomegranate Juice
