Our first batch of ducks have been harvested and we will have some whole ducks available at the farm store, as well as fresh chicken (whole and parts) and fresh beef. The farm store and cafe are open both Saturday and Sunday 11am-3pm.
Amanda will be at our booth at the Saugerties Farmers Market, Saturday 10-2. Thank you, Mackenah, for covering it last week! Amanda will be bringing lunch items from our cafe menu below ... the fennel and tomato frittata, farmhouse salad, hot dogs with 'fixin's', Oink and Moo chili and iced herbal tea.
Next weekend, we will have cuts of the rare and special Ossabaw Island pork in the cooler as well as fresh lamb.
