We're hearing rumors that Chef Chris McGee has been muttering about presenting a meal that tried to capture the magic of the house itself this week, ably inspired by the produce coming from Steve Burnett's fields.

Last Wednesday evening supper club tomorrow. We're are working on an autumn series to come but y'all should get there tomorrow 6pm for "August bounty"

About our Wednesday night dinner series, Spillian on a Plate!

Starring the extraordinary Chef Chris McGee as he revels in the metaphors of Spillian through food -- celebrating forest, stream, meadow, mountain, sky -- the elements that create the unique terroir of Spillian and the Catskills as a place.  

Each Wednesday, Chris will join farmer and magic maker Steve Burnett at his Bovina farm to chose which growing things are perfect, and Chris will build the menu from there. Stay tuned for video of our field witchery -- we'll be taping our wanderings so you can vicariously pick with us.

Only six Wednesdays this summer, and with limited seating, so call to make your reservations soon! Come to one or to all (or anything in between...).
