Wednesday Night's Show
On this coming Wednesday's show we'll be talking about forest food plots. Although conventional food plots - including cover crops - can be extremely beneficial for wildlife, they also can be expensive to implement. Many of us have a few acres of woods or knows someone that does. There are a few techniques you can implement or CFA can help out with that can improve wildlife habitat. Some say these techniques can improve the average forest of 200 lbs. of forage to 2000 lbs. of forage. Tune in at 91.3 FM WIOX ROXBURY or stream online at www.wioxradio.org to learn more.

WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE FOREST?
"Taking the gun for a walk." That's what I've been doing. Sometimes you wonder why you're lugging this rifle all over the woods after not seeing one deer. But then you realize, isn't this part of it too; just being out there.

May the forest be with you,
