On tonight’s show we’ll be talking with Fleischmanns Village Mayor – Todd Pascarella – about the prospective village WOODY BIOMASS PROJECT. Catskill Forest Association & the village of Fleischmanns have been looking into using wood chips to heat the entire village via underground, distributed hot water. WHAT’S GOING ON IN THE FOREST?
As late summer wanes and early fall sets in, not only does my mood change, but so does the wildlife out there too. While walking with my daughter last night I noticed four deer grazing in a field. One of them was significantly darker than the others. Some deer like this darker one have already shed their summer red coats for dark brown winter coats. Fall is coming.
