Three men bust into Woodstock home wielding baseball bat

Last night at 10:45pm, three men allegedly broke into a home on Wittenberg Rd. in Woodstock and threatened the occupant with a baseball bat.

After the victim turned over cash and loot, the Ulster County Sheriff's Office is reporting this morning, the men left the scene in a getaway car driven by a fourth man. A description of the suspects given by the victim went out to all police agencies in the area, and three-and-a-half hours later the gang was spotted in Kingston by city of Kingston police and arrested.

The four men who were arrested are 18-year-old Gabriel J. Solomon of Woodstock, 19-year-old Sean T. Murphy of Hurley, 18-year-old David D. Butler of Boiceville, and 21-year-old Lewis C. M. Butler of Kingston.
